Radiator fan won't turn off. So I start my '14 Sierra this morning and it sounds louder than usual. The fan seems like it's loud and doesn't shut off. Last night I had to take out and unclip my air filter in order to get to my headlight assembly. I put everything back as I did the previous night when I did the same thing.The sensor had failed, making the gauge read "0". As a failsafe since it has no idea what the actual coolant temp is, the PCM commands both fans on high speed and keeps the A/C off to prevent extra heat from the condenser. The only 2 things this can be are the ECM that tells the fan module what to do and the cooling fan control module. Since removing the fuse for this fan module stops the issue.
